Simpson Strong-Tie CD18212C Installation Overview

1. Drill a hole using a 3/16″ diameter carbide bit to a depth of at least 1/2″ deeper than the required embedment.
2. Blow the hole clean of dust and debris using compressed air.
3. Drive the anchor through the fixture into the hole until the head sits flush against the fixture.
4. Ensure the anchor is driven to the required embedment depth.
