Simpson META16 Installation Overview

1. Embed the anchor 4 inches into a 6-inch minimum concrete beam or 8-inch nominal grouted block wall
2. Use all specified fasteners included
3. Ensure proper alignment and positioning of the anchor
4. For mislocated anchors, provide a shim designed by a Truss Engineer
5. Avoid installing fasteners where straps overlap in double embedded anchor installations
