1. Embed the anchor 4″ into a 6″ minimum concrete beam or 8″ nominal grouted block wall
2. Ensure proper alignment and use of specified fasteners
3. For mislocated anchors, provide a shim designed by a Truss Engineer if the gap is greater than 1/8″ but less than 1 1/2″
4. Avoid installing fasteners where straps overlap in double embedded anchor installations
