Simpson STC Description

The Simpson STC Roof Truss Clip is designed for alignment control between roof trusses and nonbearing walls, allowing vertical truss chord movement under load.

Simpson STC Installation Overview

1. Position the clip between the roof truss and nonbearing wall.
2. Secure the base using (2) 0.131″ x 2-1/2″ nails.
3. Fasten the slot with (1) 0.131″ x 2-1/2″ nail.
4. Ensure proper alignment and secure fastening.
