The Simpson RTRZ Rigid Tie Connector is designed for fastening 2x wood members with enhanced corrosion resistance and ease of installation.

Simpson RTRZ Installation Overview

1. Use all specified fasteners
2. Install vertical members first, then attach horizontal members for easier alignment
3. Seat wood member in bracket with a C-clamp before securing to aid positioning and prevent skewing
4. Always follow manufacturer’s instructions when using power tools and building equipment
