Simpson HETA16 Installation Overview

1. Embed the anchor 4 inches into a 6-inch minimum concrete beam or 8-inch nominal grouted block wall
2. Use specified fasteners for installation

5. Avoid installing fasteners where straps overlap in double embedded anchor installations
