Simpson HU26 Installation Overview

1. Use all specified fasteners as per guidelines.
2. Can be installed filling round holes only, or filling round and triangle holes for maximum values.
3. Joists sloped up to 1/4:12 achieve table loads.
4. For installations to masonry or concrete, use specified fasteners.
5. Can be welded to a steel member, adhering to load capacity guidelines.
6. When nailing into solid sawn carrying member’s end grain, adjust allowable load by a factor of 0.67.
7. Web stiffeners required for I-joist applications.
