Simpson Strong-Tie ATR7/8X36 Description

The Simpson Strong-Tie ATR All-Thread Rods are fully threaded tension rods designed for use in Simpson Strong-Tie anchoring systems, including the Anchor Tiedown System (ATS) for shearwall overturning restraint and the Wind Uplift Restraint System (URS) for roofs.

1. Drop or push the rod through drilled holes in the flooring system after framing is completed
2. Drill holes 1/4″ larger than the rod diameter
3. Ensure continuous drilling through the sole plate and flooring system
