1. Install coupler nut and high-strength all-thread rod with fixed nut on SSWAB
2. Install SSWHSR and SSWAB assembly before the concrete is poured using the appropriate SSWT template and supplied nut; locate per designer
3. Install shear reinforcement per designer before concrete is poured
4. SSW bolt stabilizers may be used to prevent movement of the assembly during concrete pour
5. Foundation design by designer
