1. Drill a hole in the base material using a carbide drill bit of the same diameter as the anchor.
2. Blow the hole clean using compressed air.
3. Assemble the anchor with nut and washer, ensuring the nut is flush with the anchor top.
4. Place the anchor in the fixture and drive it into the hole until tight against the fixture.
5. Tighten to the required installation torque.
