Simpson Strong-Tie HETA20SS Installation Overview

1. Embed the anchor 4 inches into a 6-inch minimum concrete beam or 8-inch nominal grouted block wall
2. Ensure proper alignment and use specified stainless steel fasteners
3. For mislocated anchors, provide a shim designed by a Truss Engineer if the gap is between 1/8 inch and 1 1/2 inches
4. Avoid installing fasteners where straps overlap in double embedded anchor installations
