Simpson MGT Description

The MGT series girder tie downs are designed for moderate to high load applications, providing secure anchoring for trusses and girders.

Simpson MGT Installation Overview

1. Use all specified fasteners as per guidelines.
2. Install straps straight vertically on minimum 5 1/2″-wide truss web or wrap over truss heel.
3. For wrapped installations, install minimum of six nails into the face of the roof member on the same side as MGT base.
