The 153 Quick-Acting Tubing Cutter features a quick-acting design, I-beam construction, hardened wear surfaces and thrust bearing slide assemblies for smooth operation. The X-CEL Knob and Wheel Pin allow for easier, quicker cutting and quick wheel replacement. The 153 cutter has a 1 – 3 inch capacity for plastic pipe or metallic tubing depending on model. A spare cutter wheel can be found in the knob
