The Simpson BP 5/8-3 Bearing Plate is designed for structural reinforcement, providing a greater bearing surface and compatibility with common anchor bolt sizes.

Simpson BP 5/8-3 Installation Overview

1. Position edge of plate washer within 1/2″ of sheathed edge of sill plate
2. Tighten each anchor bolt with a nut and BP
3. No additional standard cut-washer required
