1. Drill pilot hole through facade material and into backup material to specified depth
2. Position drive end of the Heli-Tie fastener in the installation tool and insert into pilot hole
3. Drive the tie with SDS-plus rotohammer in hammer mode until countersunk below surface
4. Patch the hole in the facade with matching masonry mortar
