Simpson Strong-Tie THA213 Installation Overview

1. Use all specified fasteners as per guidelines.
2. For top flange installation, field-form the straps over the header.
3. Install top and face nails according to the provided table.
4. For face mount installation, fill the lowest 4 face holes with nails.
5. Ensure nails penetrate through the corner of the joist into the header.
6. Fill the lowest face nails to achieve uplift loads.
